this is the exact message Recommendation: use the Clear option. There is no field information for this record. This can occur when the conflict is a sync failure alert, or when the record in the table no longer exists.

Thanks, i just finished re-installing everything and my initial sync is working.  Odd how it just started hapening after the new year? its been working fine since June?

a few weeks back qbo had sync issues. Disconnected it then reconnected it. It was not sync parts of invoices.

Actually, there is still a problem, as it is Not sync automatically.

In Method Classic we had an option to Delete All DeleteFromDesktop sync errors. In Method New, what is the recommended way to handle this?
