Hi K.C,
It's meant to be a filter. So if you want to filter the grid you can enter the criteria and then click on the little 'filter icon'. Notice, if you type something in one of columns (filter field) you'll see a new filter icon appearing with an X across it, this will remove any filter criteria you entered for the grid.

Hi Lynn,
To view all the transactions that can be performed in Method right off the bat you can view the tab links under Customer Center, Vendor Center and Employee Center.
Due to the SDK limitation, here are some transactions you cannot perform in Method:

Tina,
Just to clarify, what I meant was that the latest version of the SDK Intuit released was finished before QB 2010 came out, so those new custom fields are not available – yet. We are waiting for Intuit to release their next version of the SDK where we expect to see the more recent features of QuickBooks become available ...

Hi Naomi,
After reading over your post, I realized that you could be referring to Leads for Customers with 'Is Lead Status Only' checked under Additional Info tab section, in the Customer List. If this is the case then your Master table should be Customers and your Detail Table 1 should be Activity.EntityRef.

Hi Naomi,
Which table you selected as your Master Table?
As a suggestion, you may want to try making the Opportunity table your Master table and Activity.OpportunityRef as your Detail Table 1. This way you would be able to pull Lead (opportunity) information and related activity info. Please view the webinars on the Report ...

Hi Kelly,
The settings under Customize > My Account > Default Email Preference should be the default settings. You shouldn't have to go in there and switch it between you and Judy. You can contact your ISP to confirm what the settings there should be.
To specify the email address for each user, you need to go to Customize > ...

Hello Tina,
Where in QB did you populate those 15 custom fields? For instance did you use in on Invoice, Service Item, Estimate, etc? The reason I'm asking you this, is if you added the custom fields to different transaction areas in QuickBooks then those fields will be in different tables. So when you try to see those fields on one screen ...

Everyone’s heard of office “lingo” before. You know those words that are thrown around the office, which no one but the people who work there actually understand. How annoying has it been as an outsider, sitting on the other end of the fence, trying to decipher the “secret code” or language others are ...

Hello Seny,
How are you linking to the secured screen from a non-secured screen? Are you using the 'Go To Tab Link' or 'Show screen in pop up' actions? If you are, then you cannot hover over the tab link to see 'https'. In this case, the only way to verify that the screen is 'https'; is to go into the ...
