Michael- This copy was actually made by our dev team, they had to remove a feature from the screen you created in regards to exporting. You can use this copied screen for now until we address the issue on your orginal screen. -Michael

Hello, We use company branded headers and footers on all of our outgoing email.  When setting this up in Method, the logos look great in the Method email template screens, however when I send the email, they don't show up and just look like missing images/ errors.   Any recommendations? Thank you, Nathan 

Shawn- I will bring this up in our Method Team meetings to add this as a feature. -Michael

Thanks Michael.  I might recommend that as an enhancement in future builds as a "quick" character function that takes care of all of that automatically.  I think that would be extremely useful.

Shawn- There is a way to format a phone number but it does involve a bit of work and would require multiple Character Funtions to break down the string into pieces to format it. -Michael

Is there by chance an easy way to make a field auto-format a phone number (e.g. type in 1234567890 and it automatically reformats it to (123) 456-7890)?

Method Field services. I'll find out at our meeting later today if he's still having issues, and if others are as well.   update: all other users have reported repeated instances of this.
