Are you using QXO or Method Field Services? If you are using QXO you will need to post on their forums.
Has that user tried a different browser? Is this still happening today?

Today I had one user who encountered a 403 code whenever he tried to load the invoice tabbed screen in Field Services. The screen is default QX no. 404, I believe. No problems on the Customer Center side, where I have a custom screen.
I logged in under his account and had no issues on my computer. We rebooted, flushed cache and the problem ...

I don't think it was anything you did wrong. If this does happen again, let me know and I can quickly go in and fix it again. (You will have to re-enable MethodSupport if your account is going to be reset).

Thanks, it worked. Was there something I was doing wrong?
We may need your help again for the full list. Wayne and I have plans to purge Method of all customers and leads are re-populate it due to a problem with Quickbooks.

Spell check is a Method function ( If you are clicking the ABC with a check mark in the text editor). For me it seems that I can't click Add to dictionary since it is greyed out.
I will look into this further and get back to you.

It should work now! I imported the sample data that you posted on the forums. What I did was regenerate the table by editing it and clicking Finished Editing fields.

Is the spell checker function Method or the browser? I have reports that words aren't not being added to the dictionary when instructed to do so. I am unable to determine if the spell checker feature found in activities under Comments are driven by Method or utilizing the browser spell check abilities. Can you clarify?

You would have to do some customization but you could use something like the List Builder (Campaigns > List Builder) and modify it to build a list based on the renewal date.
With the list builder you can send out an email and for each email sent out create an activity for the customer to make note that an email was sent (we actually use ...
