No luck - same message.  Very strange and starting to become really frustrating.  I appreciate your help, and really want this to work, but I can't afford to keep spinning my wheels - too much to do.    Here's what my screen looks like -  Integration Tools menu >> Import / Export ...

Very strange. I dont remember doing anything to check it and yea it was checked.  It works. Thanks John M

John- Do you know if you checked the box for app specific for the Work Order activity type? This can be changed by clicking ... on the Type drop down. If it is checked uncheck it. -Michael

I see now, the filter is actually "Shared ACTIVE Activities . . . "  The hidden activities are marked completed.

Sorry, Activities>New Activities Screen> Type> the work order feature is missing. It was there two weeks ago.   

John- What do you mean exactly? What screen are you looking at? The activities list screen or the new/edit activity screen? -Michael
