Something like this is possible but it would require some customization in Method to make the screen read only when the rep assigned is different than the rep viewing it.

Work Orders are based off the Activity table and DueDateStart is a required field and that may be why you are getting errors.
One suggestion is to give that field a default date and just hide the field on the screen.

I would like the sales people to have the ability to see all Accounts and the assigned Reps with Read Only capability. They should only be able to edit accounts, contacts, leads etc. to which they are specifically assigned. Does Method CRM have this capability and if so how can I get to this information.

I'm customizing the Field Service Work Order screens to work for my business. Regarding Work Orders, I don't require that Date Start/End have a value. So I'm killing off all the actions around these field validations.

I believe you are with QBO if thats the case my previous comment was incorrect since it only applies to QuickBooks Desktop, currently QBO doesn't give us a proper way to display sub accounts of Customers. We are waiting on an update from Inuit for this.
