Is there a way to put color on you activities list, I would like to show high priority activities with maybe a red star,circle, or explanation point.

Can I change the order of the Activities list to show dated items from oldest on top of list to newest on top of list? And can I change the default tab to all activities instead of activities due on today or before today?

You can save yourself some entry time by setting up your team so you don't have to select it everytime.
In the Field Service Center Dashboard you should see Team Member under Settings. Click Team Members.
Give the team a Name and in this case set yourself as the Team Leader(This is what determines what set of employees to load) ...

In the section headers you should see some numbers 1|2|3|4|5 clicking on one of these number will set the number of columns up to a maximum of 5.
