Hi pdx971,
The HTML Editor is static in size, the input lines entered in the Textbox/field properties will only affect a regular textbox.

kefpa01,
I should mention: you could untick the checkbox for read-only and use some actions to effectively make the textbox non-editable. You could do this by saving the contents of the textbox to an Action Result on the Gain Focus event, and then re-entering that Action Result into the textbox on its Lose Focus event. This ...

Hi kefpa01,
Sorry for the late reply. There's no way to make a textbox scrollable within a certain space. If you were to do this in a grid, you could hide the text behind a "more" link after a certain number of characters, but this isn't possible with a regular textbox on screen.

Hi Marco,
This is now resolved. Here's what you'll need to do (in order):
Log in to Method
Change your ExchangeRate in QuickBooks and sync
The new value should sync over and be available for use within Method. Let me know if there's any issues with it.

Hi Brittany,
I created a support case for this issue and we reached out over the phone. Give us a call back when you're available.

Hi Alex,
Importing a large quantity of records at one time can cause errors. Try splitting your CSV file into smaller CSV files and importing them like that.

You could also set up a Knowledge Base, which is an external, public resource that you can direct your ...
