We have rcently moved offices and have updated our address in QB... However all the invoices we are producing in method are still showing the old address. I have done numerous full syncs, is there another way of updating the address?

Can anyone tell me out to change the default New Activity status line from Completed to Not Started? Under the App settings the three dots, it is set up to have the default be "Not Started." I have not thought this though in detail but what if you went to Customize>Users=Team1 not being able to sign in, When asked for a email put their emails in seperated by a comma.
Instead of Team1 put their first names instead? This way you still have their sign in name but also they would be able to see what is going on ...

Hi Maureen,
The 'AssignedTo' field can unfortunately only contain a single Value per transaction - it has a 1:1 relation to a corresponding record in the Users Table.
That being said, perhaps utilizing Teams can solve your problem?
