FYI: Ended up being able to resolve this issue by signing into the sync engine using my email address instead of my username....

Have you tried disconnecting the sync engine and then closing QuickBooks?

I need a little more information since my account is working as expected.
Are the accounts you are having problems with Multitenant?
Have you done a full sync with the accounts yet?
What version of quickbooks are you using?

Apparently the invoices we create in Method does not sync to quickbooks, please advise on how to correct this issue. Thank you.
