I am now using firefox and when I start to add an action to a button the entire customizing screen greys-out and freezes. I have to sign out of Method to get out of it. What's going on?

We noticed this on your blog however we don't see it when we log on. Do customized screens get updates like this? What grids/screens would we see this on?

Ok. How/Where would a new user find this information? How would a new user learn the proper way to delete these records?

I feel your pain here and actually ran into the same issue you did in your post. We've actually got an internal ticket created for this already and last I checked it looked like this was in final testing. Once we have this correct, we'll be sure to update you.

While working in Customize>>screens, and editting a field, action, ect, quite often the new window opened to do the editing is so far down the screen that the footer and save, finish, ect buttons are not accessibleand the window has to be dragged up to make them visible. If you delete the series it will delete all unmodified Work Orders, but anything that has already been modified or saved will have to be individually deleted.
