Something's not right in the sync to QBOnline. All of them are correctly set it method to "Non" now. A new report in QBOnline now has them all set to "Yes" Taxable.

Thanks Michael. I may be on to something. Not sure why all the flags were set to "Tax", but I think my "script" button to change them is working. It's not going all the way through but I'm down to 225 records now and it stopped.

Michael,
Of the three test activites I made, two are due 10/4, and one is due 10/11. One of the 10/4 activities is "In Progress", the other is "Completed". The expectation is that I should be able to see the 10/4 "In Progress" activity, but I can't see any of them using that filter.
I'll email you the info ...

Are we able to create different work orders by specifiying certain line items from an Estimate? Does this functionality exist but I'm just missing it?
When we create Estimates, we commonly need to create different work orders by type of work - deliveries, service work, spray applications, etc. It would be great if I could select line items on ...

That's not the only list either.. A quick scan through my method tables shows only a few hunder entries in things like the invoice or PO tables, though our QB files has thousands.
Also, I've noticed that our Accounts list only uploaded a few of the account names of the few accounts it uploaded.. the rest have apparently been assigned ...

Ok, that looks great! I can't believe all the "little" to "big" steps I have had to take to get my poor, ailing, overworked laptop loaded up on my new powerful PC.
Every software has it's good, bad, and ugly for this process. I hope to not have to do it anytime soon again.
