mlepitt- If you take a look at the standard invoice screen and click Print Preview does it come up as it should? Can you post a screen shot of how it comes up? Or email me a screenshot along with the file.

We use google apps here in the office for our outgoing server we use smtp.gmail.com, I tired this using my email(m.melo@methodintegration.com) and my password(SuperComplexSecretPassword) for the Send Email action and it worked.

I added a Drop Down field that sources an existing Transaction table and when you select the Transactions, it only shows RecordID and that means nothing to me, I need the RefNumber. I found how to add it in the search from the drop down, but once selected, you only see the internal ID. Any idea how I can work around this ...

Thank you, I figured it out just a few minutes ago, I didn't realize I didnt' have to fill in those fields. But, in some cases I would like it to come from a generic email address (customerservice@mydomain.com) so this will still be a problem for those instances.

I am having an issue generating the PDF report. When I select PDF, it outputs an HTM file instead. If I select HTM, it does the same thing. If I select PNG, it outputs a PNG file. I have confirmed not only the pop-up window does this, but also when i send an email and attached the report action, it attaches as an HTM. ...

I'll add shading the color of a column as a suggest but to be honest if it does get implemented it may not be for a while but i will look into changing the color of the text and get back to you when I have an update. Are you trying to set different default email settings for each of your users? If so when you edit a user(Customize > Users) in Step 2 of 10 you can uncheck Use default email ...
