Any thoughts on this sync conflict? Approach to troubleshooting?

Sync Conflict. What does this mean?  "The error was: There was an error when modifying a SalesOrder. QuickBooks error message: Manufacturer's Part Number was set for an invalid Item type.." None of the items on the Sales Order have a Mfg Part Number set. I have no idea how to troubleshoot this

Hi Maureen, We currently have two Hosting Partners, RightNetworks, and InSynq. Both of these Companies will host your QuickBooks file, and will sync seamlessly with Method. Intuit themselves also offer Cloud Hosting for QuickBooks Enterprise for a monthly fee. They use RightNetworks to handle the hosting, so this will also work just fine ...

I have been told that my Method database can only ever be synced with one quickbooks company file and that if I have a problem with my quickbooks company file and want to make a new company file, I would need to have a new Method database as well.  If this is true, is there some way to transfer all my information (Activities, work orders, ...
