John- It doesn't really matter how you log off. Using Chrome you could right-click on the brower tab running Method and select Duplicate, which will open a second browser tab with Method and then you could drag that browser tab outside of the current browser window. -Michael

Fred- Try the steps below Go To Customize > Tabs  Click Edit tab links for the Customers tab Look for Edit Customer and change the Opens Screen drop down to be the screen you created. -Michael

I created new fields for my Edit Customer.  I made a copy of the Edit Customer and added my new fields. I published and saved. I double-checked to make sure my Tab was showing the new screen. However when I opened up my customer list and clicked on "go to" for a customer, all I got was the original Edit Customer ...
