JKM@SA, What table is the grid based off of? If the record is deleted it should not show up in the grid. -Michael

How do you exclude deleted records from a grid created from scratch?  I have created a grid with Work Order information and the deleted records are showing up.

Hi James- The issue that you described in this post should no longer happen, let us know if that is not the case.   -Michael

Jorge- This feature only works with the New CRM screens, and is built into the Grid and Drop down filters. You could install the new CRM and reverse engineer the filters on the new screens and apply them to the old screens. -MIchael

Hi Michael, We're not using the New CRM and yes we're using customized screens (copy of original, translated to brazilian portuguese).   Jorge.
