Jason- Item Receipt should work for you. You should be able to edit the quanity of an item recieved. Are you getting an error message? -Michael

I am trying to create a portal for our warehouse receiving department to use when a new shipment comes. They will find the P.O. then check the inventory in the shipment againt the P.O. In QB Desktop there is a receive inventory without bill function but I don't seem to see that in Method. Which screen would I use in Method? Item Receipt? This ...

Also to add, once Intuit allows Third-Party access to modify customer notes we will also implement it in Method -Michael

bsouthwell- You should be able to view customer Notes in Method but changes made to the Notes will not be reflected in QBO. You can access the Notes by clicking More Actions > Notes when in the Edit Customer screen. Let me know if the notes are not showing up for you here. -Michael
