Greetings,
New Method CRM>Field Services>Activities.
If i create work order in field services, i dont see that work order in activities list. I wanted to create a work order from my mobile then come to my laptop where i create a case and link that work order to it. Is that possible?

For this what you could do is add a FileAttachment Field to the ActivityPriority table which will allow you to attach an image to each priority type (You will have to modify the ActivityPriority screen to make use of this new field) and then add this new fields as a linked field to the Activity table. This should no longer be an issue. Previously QuickBooks did not allow third-party software to send the address info but now they do so we were able to address this.

An Activity and a Task are the same thing, expect when you click New Task it sets up some defaults one being an Activity type of To-do. This blog entry found HERE should help you setup reminders.

If you click on the Due On column header it will temporarly change the sorting of the column. To change the defaults you would have to make a copy of the screen (CRM_ActivitiesList) and edit the grid. Once you edit the grid you can set the default filter view and change the default sort order.

It is possible to displays both the Activities and
Opportunities on the same screen and make that screen the first screen that a
user sees when they login. You would basically be putting 2 grids on the
screen, one for Activities and one for Opportunities.
