I am having an issue generating the PDF report.  When I select PDF, it outputs an HTM file instead.  If I select HTM, it does the same thing.  If I select PNG, it outputs a PNG file.  I have confirmed not only the pop-up window does this, but also when i send an email and attached the report action, it attaches as an HTM.  ...

Ideally I would like to shade the columns so that people who enter data can quickly distinguish the fields that require entry and the fields that don't.  I've already set the calculated fields to read only.  Changing the color of the text would be better than nothing.  Let me know when it's working again.

No, no, we didn't lose the password files.  That would be very bad! In your case, were you using the Method API, Outlook Addin, or Import Export and password attempts failed too many times?    They have security features on them that will lock the account if a password attempt is made and failed too many times in a row. ...

Both my personal login and the Integration Engine are reporting password errors, although nothing has changed on our side. Is there a server problem?
