Hi Shelley,
When you edit the screen if you click on Advanced located next to the screen name at the top left you can change the size of the existing customers section by changing Left Side Section Show As.
Also why not try the New Method CRM?

Shelly,
When editing the screen, Click the advanced button in the upper left hand corner.
In the middle of the window, there is a dropdown that says "Show left side as" where you can set the % of the screen the lefthand grid should take up. Increasing that should solve the problem.

Those of us with huge monitors are ok, but it is impossible to read the names on the select bar if you have a laptop. I have tried to adjust every setting. Clearly I am missing something. Please ...

We are frequently charging for Motor Freight shipping, but it would work for Package as well. I have just created a "Prepaid Freight" Item as an Other or Service type item in QB. I could have done this in Method, but the synch creates this in Method as well.
This is just entered like any other line item in the ...

Jason, BayStateConsulting has some very nice tools for importing these types of transactions into QB. www.baystateconsulting.com. As Michael mentioned, if you want complete support for the Sales or Invoice data, you need to import both a Header and Line Item record for Sales Orders and Invoices and these two need to be properly linked ...
