The work orders have been deleted using the delete button on the Existing Work Orders grid.  I cannot pull them up on that grid but I can pull them up on a new grid based on the activity table.

I am in test mode for Authorize.Net.  Is that the reason?

JKM@SA-  Are you maybe cancelling the Work Orders instead of actually deleting them? If thats the case you can apply a filter to the grid to not show any Work Orders(Activities) with an Activity Status of 'Cancelled' -Michael

It is based off of the Activity table.

JKM@SA, What table is the grid based off of? If the record is deleted it should not show up in the grid. -Michael

How do you exclude deleted records from a grid created from scratch?  I have created a grid with Work Order information and the deleted records are showing up.
