Somehow I have lost my administrator log-in, I presume I made a clicking error when I was managing users today.  As I was the administrator and now my user is gone, there is no way for me to get back in the system and add my user back.  Can you please restore my administrative user name on my account?

Jonmully- Are you an QuickBooks online user? If so we may actually be able to do what you are looking be default (We are just waiting on Intuit to resolve some bugs). Mark-  It is possible to calculate shipping charges through customization if the user wishes to go that route and maybe you could help Jonmully out. -Michael

Hi Micheal If someone is looking for automatically calculated shipping charges,  we've already tackled this for another client through customization.

Hi Jonmully, Are you referring to having shipping charges automatically calculated based on the ship to address? If so, I am not sure if or when it will be added. As far as I know it is not something we are currently working on. If you are referring to something else can you please give me some additional details? -Michael
