Just go to the button where you want to copy the actions to, and right there on the actions list in Step 2 you'll see a radio button that says "Copy Action".  That will give you a list of actions you would copy from. Would love to have a way to create a Job/Project that pre-populates with parent customer's info the same as QuickBooks.   Maybe this could be done with a "save as job of" Button or a "Copy Info from Parent Customer" Link.
