Your QB templates will not transfer over to Method. Our templates (we call them reports) are created using the report designer in Method not through QB. They are in a different format.

When you say stage are you referring to the lead (the actual contact) or the opportunity (sales deal)? For leads, why would you not use activities to track where you left off and when you have to call back? If this is for the opportunity, there is already a state field available. I would still use activities even for opportunities.

Once a customer has been sent to QuickBooks it is no longer possible to set them back to a ‘lead status’ in Method because the customer has already been assigned the Customer ID in QuickBooks.
The only work around would be to delete the customer from QuickBooks (which would also delete them from Method) and add a new lead status ...

I tried that. It doesn't change the size. I just have this skinny bar floating on top. Please tell me how to make this wider and readable.
