We are using BPOS for email. I am trying to set up email using the server address red001.mail.microsoftonline.com. However, I keep getting errors. Any solutions?

I will pursue these ideas as work-arounds, but how do I get a clean import? As I said, If I had a Company in Quickbooks with 25 Opportunites the import created 25 Customer Records, one unique Customer Name for each Opportunity.

I am applying filters to see my staffs work order assignments and it is not refreshing correctly. It is only showing My Work Order Calendar and not all of the staff that I applied the filter too. I need help ASAP

The case number cannot be modified it is actually the RecordID (an auto-incrementing field that exists in all tables). What kind of case numbering system do you use right now?

It is not required to update to the new CRM but you can still install the new CRM on your account and as long as you don't uninstall Method Full Blown from your account you will have both.

How do you create a create new case form that can be published on the web? I need to enable any person to submit a case to the system using our website. Also, do you have an email to case capture feature (i.e. when an email is sent to a particular email address, it creates a case using the information)?

I am looking to import old cases and cannot find a way to modify the case number. I checked the import table and there doesn't appear to be anything that matches the number field and I suspect it is an internal ID I cannot overwrite and is automatically created. Is there a way around this, or do I have to create my own custom field ...
