Is updating to the new CRM 2.0 required? I have a client that only uses Field Service and we have customized it.

When printing from crome, like invoices, it does not fill the whole page. Crome seems to make things smaller and center it. I have tried to look at the features but there is not much to change or look at. Any one else have this issue?

One thing that you could do is instead of selecting a contact from the drop down click on the ... next to the contact drop down, it will bring up a search window which will give you better search/filter option so you can select the correct Customer:Job.

When I am in the Mobile Screen set up for Work Orders, I am getting the following message when I try and sort by Customer:

For field services this would be a 2 step process. First you would need to add the customer phone number into the activity table as a linked field and then edit the Work Order template and drag the linked field onto the template.

In the Item table there already exists a field for EstHrs(As far as I know there is no screen that currently exists that has the field on it so you would need to customize a screen) or you can create a new field to store the time.
