 Hey Kelly, This is something that currently cannot be done in Method. We do have the checkbox "To be emailed" because this is the same field you would see in QuickBooks. If you use this field, then you can go into QuickBooks and send all your invoices/estimates as a batch.

 Hello LilAaron, The person (Admin) who created the account should be able to log in and modify the access for that user under Customize > Users. Check the welcome e-mail that was sent when the account was set up to confirm the log in info for the Admin if you are not sure. Hope this helps.
