It sounds like someone changed the Default Work Order Template. To check this, go to the Field Service Dashboard screen and click the link that says "Customize Templates" and make sure the correct work order template is selected.

Yes Valbon, I am referring "Is Manually Closed" field in PO. The same field in SO works fine.Please let me know once you update it.

I am assuming you are referring to "Is Manually Closed" field on the PO? If so, this is something that we are already aware of and are looking into why the checkbox will not retain the checked value. We will update this post when we have an update.

In Purchase Order, When we are trying to close the purchase order by clicking on the check box called 'Closed', It's not closed in quick books. But the same works in Sales Order.
