Hi Shelley, When you edit the screen if you click on Advanced located next to the screen name at the top left you can change the size of the existing customers section by changing Left Side Section Show As. Also why not try the New Method CRM? -Michael  

Shelly, When editing the screen, Click the advanced button in the upper left hand corner. In the middle of the window, there is a dropdown that says "Show left side as" where you can set the % of the screen the lefthand grid should take up. Increasing that should solve the problem.

How can I process statements on accounts for our customers? 

James, If it hasn't been said enough already **thank you** for being so detailed with these sorts of issues.  It certainly helps us to get you the answers and solutions you need faster.  We try our best to avoid these shorts of issues but it's difficult to test every situation.  

Whoo Hoo! I have had numerous complaints from my laptop users that they cannot read the names in the select bar (left hand side of my screen) of the customer list. To update Jeff, Intuit changed the way that invoices, estimates and customers are returned to Third Party Apps from QBO which is what is causing this issue. Once the issue is resolved I will update this forum post. -Michael
