Shelley, What size screen are you using and what is the resolution? Another possible solution is to make the grid a screen of its on and have the select go to a tab link with the customers info like the new Method CRM does. -Michael

cpitts, The closest possible solution to this is to change the Transaction History found under QuickBooks > Synchronize, and change this setting to be a shorter period. -Michael

Yes,  this is possible but why wouldn't you just send the statements from QB.

Michael, I am unable to generate Open Invoices report with date range one year in QB. Is there any way to generate it in Methods with date range? -Navitha

Michael,  The error is with the MethodIntegrationQB sync tool. I have restarted QB and Method Sync engine and now I am not getting the error. But I am more concerned if this error might come again. So wanted to know the cause of this error. Thanks Navitha
