Hi Kerry - Thanks for the feedback after the webinar. I'll take a look at this as a suggestion and see what is involved and if it makes sense to add this as a general feature.

mrtaxi, We have seen this error before with Exchange Online and it has to do with it requiring a specific port to communicate. Currently in Method it is not possible to set this port but we do have a ticket on adding this but as of current there is no timeframe for it. -Michael

 I believe that our QB is set up using a standard format, and that I am not communicating properly.  I will not be able to look at QB until Monday.  I will circle back with more infomation about how our QB is organized.

mrtaxi, What are the error messages you are receiving? Do you have use SSL checked? -Michael

JamesQ, You could filter you grids/drop downs to only display records where ParentFullName is blank, this would prevent any jobs (Opportunities) from showing.
