Ok, thanks. I found some rules that Method has apparently created for Estimates. These rules appear to allow items in groups to "not print" (as well as the amounts). They look similar but not exact in terms of the conditional statemements but there are probably many ways to write those to accomplish the same ...

If you enter a value into that field in Method is it getting synced over to QB? What kind of custom field is it(What is set for What kind of data)?

Thanks. I think I figured out how to do the invoice but I don't see the [IsPrintItemsInGroup] field in the sales order field list. Do I have to select another table of fields before I start working on the template? Which one(s).

I have added this as suggestion to be implented in Method. Currently if you want to have this at the customer level you can add a grid to the DocumentLinkLibrary table. I would recommend taking a look at the CRM_EditOpportunity screen and reverse engineer the documents section.
