How can I process statements on accounts for our customers? 

James, If it hasn't been said enough already **thank you** for being so detailed with these sorts of issues.  It certainly helps us to get you the answers and solutions you need faster.  We try our best to avoid these shorts of issues but it's difficult to test every situation.

I have had numerous complaints from my laptop users that they cannot read the names in the select bar (left hand side of my screen) of the customer list. To update Jeff, Intuit changed the way that invoices, estimates and customers are returned to Third Party Apps from QBO which is what is causing this issue. Once the issue is resolved I will update this forum post. -Michael
