I am applying filters to see my staffs work order assignments and it is not refreshing correctly.  It is only showing My Work Order Calendar and not all of the staff that I applied the filter too.  I need help ASAP

mlepitt, The case number cannot be modified it is actually the RecordID (an auto-incrementing field that exists in all tables). What kind of case numbering system do you use right now? -Michael

VLocke, It is not required to update to the new CRM but you can still install the new CRM on your account and as long as you don't uninstall Method Full Blown from your account you will have both. -Michael

John, I use Chrome and haven't come across this, I will test this out further and see if I can duplicate it or come up with something. -Michael

How do you create a create new case form that can be published on the web?  I need to enable any person to submit a case to the system using our website.  Also, do you have an email to case capture feature (i.e. when an email is sent to a particular email address, it creates a case using the information)?

I am looking to import old cases and cannot find a way to modify the case number.  I checked the import table and there doesn't appear to be anything that matches the number field and I suspect it is an internal ID I cannot overwrite and is automatically created.  Is there a way around this, or do I have to create my own custom field ...

Is updating to the new CRM 2.0 required?  I have a client that only uses Field Service and we have customized it. If so, this is a requirement can you tell me the deadline the upgrade needs to be completed by?

Greetings, When printing from crome, like invoices, it does not fill the whole page. Crome seems to make things smaller and center it.  I have tried to look at the features but there is not much to change or look at.  Any one else have this issue? Thanks! John M
