Hey Val,
Thanks for the update, it sounds like the key here is that QB needs to be open and the sync engine running for Pro Services to perform as expected. Is that an accurate evaluation?

I'm not sure if you did anything with this or not, if you did thank you. If not, then it would appear that having Quickbooks open while creating the invoice solves the problem.

Do you have any recommended import utilities for QB Online for tables that Method does not sync between the two? You have import capabilities, but if I wanted to import additional transactions, have you had any feedback from other customers as to what they used and found to be the best?

Nudge has been given........I'll let you know what I hear back. They made a big release on August 4th and are building at a rapid pace over there, lots of focus on QB Online.....so I have my fingers crossed.

Sales Orders are currently not available in QBO. The screen
exists in Method but it is most likely there for when Sales Orders do become available (It is hidden by default).
The particular issue you are having was addressed on the QuickBooks Desktop
version of the Sales Order screen.

mlepitt - we're waiting for Intuit to add that field for us to sync with. Right now it is shut off from developers for QB Online (no problem with QB desktop, though) - that's why we don't have it in the out of the box versions of the customer screen.

It appears that the ResaleNumber does not sync with Quickbooks (in the Customer table)? I am pretty sure it was not a custom field I made as it is not editable. I put in a value for that field in Method and it does not update to Quickbooks. I did change another value to make sure syncing in general was successful, and it ...

Are you using a customized screen or is it the orginal screen? If its the orginal screen can you enable MethodSupport (Customize > Users ) and email me your account name.
