Bryan, This error comes up when the sending email part of receiving a payment fails. Based on the error it seems that the email address being used to send the email was not authenticated. -Michael

Hey Chris, You would need to configure "Send As" permission on your mail server to allow your Users accounts to send email as your mailbox account (crm@domain.com).
