Hey Matt,
We were getting tougher on security settings, and we ended up making it a little too tight.
You should be able to use link.methodintegration/miurl now to login directly to your account if you have a valid session.
Can you verify this is now resolved for you?

Coming from a background of ACT and Sugar, I had a hard time wrapping my head around how QB organizes this too. What helped me is adding the Company name field to the Existing Customers and Vendor grids in the old Method version. You don't need to do this in the new design. This is possible. In Method there is a Character Function action that has the ability to concatonate to text values together, you can place this action on the Lose Focus event of the Name field so that once the field is populated and the user navigates away from it, it combines the values and then you can place that new value on a field ...

Hi Matt,
You would need to add a grid to the screen and make that grid reference the PropertyInformation table. If in the property information table you have a drop down the references the customer table then you can add it as an attached grid, otherwise you will have to add it as a detached grid. I created a custom table and called it "PropertyInformation" I want it to show on the "Customers" screen along side of the fields: Address Info, Additional Info, Payment & Job Info, Transactions, Activities & Work Orders fields. How do I do that?

No luck.....I also had the "Assign QuickBooks categories" activated. I thought maybe this was causing the problem. I've inactivated this feature and I'm still getting the same result. :/

Can you try to do the following and then tell me if it helps:
1. Click Method Setup icon
2. Under Method Account Settings Tab enter your information and click "Save"
3. Under Appointment Details Tab enter all appropriate information and click "Save Sync Settings"
4. Click Exit
