When you refer to "turn white" do you mean non-greyed out and enabled again? Method has an Enable/Diable Field/object action which greys out fields(Disables them). Do you have a list of tabs and tab groups that need to be removed when switching to the new Method version? I want to remove all the tabs and tab groups for the old CRM version (not full blown).

What browser are you using? Do you have multiple instances of Method open in the same browser(Using multiple tabs)? At this point I am still not able to duplicate this issue. I'm trying to have a group of fields default to being grayed out when the screen loads. I'd like for them to turn white when a particular yes/no box is checked. Ideas on how to accomplish this?

Yes, It is how I set up the roles.
I copied the "bill" screen and edited it. I think I'm viewing the copied screen because it doesn't use the orginial anymore.

Lets try to simplify this and let me know if we are on the same page.
You have a button(Save) on the Bill screen and this button only has the Manager role checked.
You have a user(John), John only has access to the Staff role.
You have a user(Ralph), Ralph only has access to the Manager role.

I tried to log in and out few times but the staff account still can edit the bills.

Also note, that if its a button with multiple events it will still display the addiotional actions but disable the user from actually using it (They will get an alert).
