This is interesting.
It is working fine now. First, I do not have a save button (standard screen, not custom). Second, the invoice did not save when I entered the customer, but I re-entered the customer name it saved fine.

Is this a custom screen or the standard screen? If its a standard screen there should be a Save button at the bottom but it should save as soon as you pick a customer (There are actions on the customer drop down). If you are creating a custom screen then you will need to use the Save All Sections action to save the the Invoice as a ...

I am creating an invoice. I try to add a line item. I get a message:
Please save the screen before adding any line items.
I am lost on this.

Method only supports the Enter key. When customizing a screen under the screens Advanced settings there is an option to have Method call a button when Enter is pressed for example Save or Search.

Is there a way to add a keyboard shortcut to a Method screen? I would like "Control+S" to perform a save function.

When adding an opportunity for an exisiting lead, I find it confusing.
