Michael and Matt - these issues are a combination of design and internal tickets I am waiting to hear back on. I'm hoping to have both resolved soon so they are working as they did during Friday's webinar. I'll try to post here with regular updates if there are any delays.

The service item is no longer greyed out, but the error that results when approving a time entry converted from an activity persists.

JamesQ, I'm not exactly sure what you mean. Are you draging the fields into the Detail band within the Detail Report? Since you are working on a report based off the SalesOrder table have you tried making a copy of the Sales Order (Custom) report and start making changes based off of that? -Michael

I have been having that problem as well since I started using ProServices and brought it to Val's attention during a teleconference a couple of months ago.  I was excited to see it work in the demo and thought that maybe it would be fixed for me (uh... us) but I guess not...

Hi Richard, The mobile versions of our screens work on tablet devices as well, though designed mostly for smaller screens. Currently there is no solution to this but maybe a user has found a different mobile device that works with frames. -Michael

Michael, Can you let me know if the response from Method_Paul  has helped address this? Otherwise, I can look into situations where service item would be greyed out or disabled within Pro Services.

Or so I'm told when it comes to making content scrollable on iPad and Android Browser, at least reliably. Method uses iframes liberally.
