I copied the "CRM_EditCustomer" and deleted the copy. Then I copied

Not to stay stuck in Salesforce world, but can anyone shed light on how to handle Accounts and Contacts in MethodCRM? I am accustomed to creating a Contact as a child of an Account. An arrangement which seems intuitive to me. In thatway of thinking, the Customer is the Account, or the organization.

John- The orginal screen should now be fixed. You may also want to add the Activities, Opportunities and Cases tab to your Field Service Operations tab group or which ever tab group you use with Field Service Center.

Thanks Michael! It's such a relief that this can be duplicated. I really don't think this Action is working properly and the more I worked with Grid automation, the more I wished I had this action to use.
I think there is also a race condition problem with Save Section, which would be the workaround to this kind of automation, ...

James - Click Add Row a few times in the designer and drag each object so that it is in its own cell.

This is what I have, I guess the fields are to toall or the field names are too small. What's the best way to a) fix this on this screen and b) standardize this so future screens work out?

I am going to need to test this out further but from what I have tested so far, Save Grid Row may not be working properly and I was able to duplicate the issue you mentioned with adding more grid rows after a save.
