What is the name of the Opportunities screen that I need to edit? I see "CRM_OpportunitiesList" - is that it? Regardless, I cannot edit the screen because I only have Copy and View options for these screen:

Once the fields are added to the Table you should be able to customize the Opportunity screen and drag the fields onto the screen from the panel on the left. Did you get as far as customizing the screen? If you did but you do not see the added fields you may still be using the old screen.

For any Opportunity that I create, I designate an ID, a Formal name, and a nickname.

You can still create sales reps in Method without have them sync to QuickBooks. Also to confirm will you at least be doing an intial sync with QuickBooks?

I am not 100% clear on what you are trying to do. At the very minimum when you click Update, it saves the grid and refresh it. Those action you put in the Update can be placed in one of the cells in the grid in the lose focus (Main difference is that it would be outside of a loop). Without using the Sales Rep field, is there a way to assign a user to a Lead like you can for an Opportunity? Client will not be linking with QuickBooks, so will not have QB Sales Reps.
