Hi Michael, I sent you a case using  your email.  I have tried this using firefox and IE. I sent this from the new CRM using new cases.   The last time i did this, the customer was asked for a username and password.  John

TogsTeam, To add a linked field to a table, that table must have a drop down that references another table. You will be able to link all fields from the drop down table. What you could do is, use a combination of retrieve value from table actions and the Merge Character Function actions to get the information on an email. -Michael

Hi John, I am going to test this out further, can you also create a dummy customer with a case and use m.melo@methodintegration.com as the email address and send me the case email so I can test it out. -Michael

Hi Mark, Currently there is no setting for this, but what you can do is have the transactions in its own section and hide the section on screen load if if the Contacts SpecialType is not 'Contact'. -Michael

John- It could be some security settings you have setup in your browser. You can try adding Method to the Trusted Sites in IE.

Richard, Still having issues, Using fire fox, I sent myself a invoice to try out. Method sent me a email with a mini url. The url took me to that portal so i could check my invoice. From there i went to the open cases.  I responed to that case but all i got was this error message saying: "Please enter a value for Commnets/Reponce even ...

Is there a setting on the contacts portal that would prevent any contact other than the main contact from seeing the transaction history?

John, We've pushed out an update to this screen earlier today. Can you verify if the problem is now resolved?  If not could you tell me the name of the portal you are using under Customize > Portals, and if you have customized the screen in anyway? Thanks, Richard
