wpdon, The "To be e-mailed" checkbox marks that PO as to be e-mailed in QuickBooks (QuickBooks has that same check box) it has no function in regards to emailing from Method.  You will need to customize the Purchase Order screen to get the results you want. pdirect- The Customize tab is available in the CRM and QuickBooks tab groups but with Roles now introduced into Method based on the users role they are limited to which tabs/tab links they can see. -Michael
