Greetings, When saving and emailing invoices and estimates from method, some of my customers are not getting those email. We are a service business. Our work is done at customer sites. How can we customize certain forms such as estimates, work orders, sales orders and invoices to include customer "Ship to" (what we call "site") addresses, contact names and phone numbers?

John- Currently there is no way to do this but it can be customized to do this. If you do customize this in, I would recommend being very careful you don't want to email invoices to the wrong customers and be sure to take advantage of a new feature in the Generate Report action to make use of Filter Safegard and limit it to 1 ...
