TogsTeam- Deleting these conflicts associated with SalesRep should get rid of the duplicates and allow your sync engine to continue its process.

Hi John,
You should still be able to do that. When you are editing a case in the Case Dialog & New / Edit Activity tab section you should be able to choose Work Order for the Activity Type.

Greetings,
CRM Pro> Case List> Choose a case. After i choose a case, it takes me to the edit case page. The page loads up with no data, a message from windoes pops up say, Do you want to continue working with a unsecured page? It askes me yes or no. If i choose yes or no everything works.
Update: This window only shows up ...

TogsTeam- What is displaying in Resolve Conflicts for table SalesRep? QuickBooks shouldn't allow duplicates for SalesRep intial so there should be conflicts about duplicates.

Hey Michael,
From the old CRM, I was making up cases for everything from customer questions to internal issues. When i created a activity for a case, i would choose Work Order. A work order woud then appear in Field Services. Thats what im looking for unless there is a new way of creating work orders.
Thanks, John
