I am getting the following error when attempting to sync with QBO Error : Root element is missing

If I check the "Assign Ref Numbers in Method?" box on the QB sync page, does Method check with QB before assigning a number or will there be numbering conflicts between Method and QB?

Well, sync is updated and the changes didn't take.

I performed a full sync, and I am still getting the same error.

The following error is in the Method sync engine: 9/2/2015 2:11:31 PM Error: Invalid URI: The format of the URI could not be determined This needs to be fixed immediately.
