Hi Kerry,
There is a website address field at the contact level. When editing a customer if you go to the Contacts tab section and click Edit Contact to edit a contact you will see a field where you can enter a website address.

Hi Val,
Looking good, thanks for the efforts.
The only issue I can see is that I took your advice on doing an invoice from within QuickBooks based on your statement, "The beauty is that the time tracking entries will be update to reflect ‘HasBeenBilled’ and the quantity remaining to-be-invoiced will be updated as well." ...

pdirect- Thank you for the feedback, I will bring up this point in the Method team weekly meeting.

Also please consider adding a Web Site field to Customer and Vendor records. This is also common in other CRMs.

Our average sales rep doesn't have access to a QB role. We instead had to add a products tab to the CRM role. But something like this should be standard to the CRM role if you consider other CRM applications.
-
pdirect- You should have a QuickBooks role and under that role there is a Lists tab which contains the item list.

In the new upgrade of CRM, I can't find products anywhere. Often our reps would look up products to see if they were in stock before ordering for a customer. Again, products and inventory should be a staple of any CRM system.

Michael – can you give this a try and let me know how it goes.
