For any Opportunity that I create, I designate an ID, a Formal name, and a nickname. l.maurer, You can still create sales reps in Method without have them sync to QuickBooks. Also to confirm will you at least be doing an intial sync with QuickBooks?  -MIchael

Hi John, You can have them add the email address that the emails are coming from to their safe sender or white list. Method just passes the email to the SMTP server and it sends it from there, it essentially works the same as Outlook does for sending emails. -Michael
