 We modified an Opportunity Screen and had it working fine.  In its original format there is an Existing Opportunities grid on top and and an Add/Edit table (screen, grid?) below.  Ours has somehow morphed into showing only the Existing Opps grid with tabs accross the top, Add/Edit being one of the tabs along ...

Is there anyway short of deleting each contact individually to delete a group of contacts?  We imported a tremendous number of records from our previous CRM and would love to now make them "disappear" and replace them with better information.  If not, is it possible to "wipe" the entire contact table and start over?

FYI on a few things i just found out. I did create a customized screen for Contactsportal_trasactions about 7 months ago.  I see its gone,not sure if the update had anything  to do with it.  When i copied the screen it created Contactsportal_transactions(3).  Not shure where the (3) came from. Hi Michael, I sent you a case using  your email.  I have tried this using firefox and IE. I sent this from the new CRM using new cases.   The last time i did this, the customer was asked for a username and password.  John

TogsTeam, To add a linked field to a table, that table must have a drop down that references another table. You will be able to link all fields from the drop down table. What you could do is, use a combination of retrieve value from table actions and the Merge Character Function actions to get the information on an email. -Michael

Hi Mark, Currently there is no setting for this, but what you can do is have the transactions in its own section and hide the section on screen load if if the Contacts SpecialType is not 'Contact'. -Michael

John- It could be some security settings you have setup in your browser. You can try adding Method to the Trusted Sites in IE.
